UK DELIVERY
Standard UK delivery is £3.95, and FREE on all orders over £50.00. Your order will be sent via Second Class Recorded post and will require a signature on delivery.
Your order will usually get to you within 3-5 working days. This could take longer if there is an unforeseen problem (eg: Royal Mail strike, snow etc).
You will be notified of your tracking number by email. In the first instance, please check this tracking number on the Royal Mail website for all updated information relating to your order. If no-one has been in to sign for it you will have to advise Royal Mail regarding your choices.
If however your parcel has not arrived after 10 working days, please email lily@bettysboudoir.uk, quoting your tracking number, and we will investigate the matter with Royal Mail.
EUROPEAN DELIVERY
Standard European delivery will cost £8.50 and will be a tracked and signed for service.
Please allow 7-21 days for arrival.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
Standard Worldwide delivery will cost £12.50 and will be a tracked and signed for service.
Please allow 15-21 days for arrival.
